(1)Oxford cloth tents are generally warranted for one year
(2)If the air column is aging and leaking due to non-human factors, we can promise to replace it. Patches can be made 5 times for free, 10 each time
(3)The sample has been confirmed before the customer places bulk order. If there is severe quality issue in the goods caused by our end,we offer one set complimentary tent
for each 20 sets or offer discount for the next batch of order.
